Our module targets three key audience

  • The staffing / hiring companies: We help in fresh recruitment through job fairs, customized or generic staffing recruitments, managing the recruitment process and support services like documentation of candidates, aptitude testing, administering specific / customized reasoning tests etc.,  
  • Educational institutions: We bring a different perspective to the institutions. We work and train the placement officers in the industry trends and ability to reach out to corporates more effectively. We train them to address the student community more effectively. We work on the first impression concept. We also work with Educational institutions on different HR formats.
  • For Corporates: An assessment based recruitment outsourcing of fresh graduates across key locations.

Mirai® is associated with key consulting professionals in the education segment and through them brings a very simple but robust value offering that integrates key needs of educational institutions, student community and hiring corporates that include staffing companies.

We have time tested assessment modules and profiling tools to enhance the employability of students.

Some work we have done:

  • For a leading BPO in non-voice, we have helped assess and recruit from Tier II and Tier III cities. We have also worked with Rural BPO's migrating urban population into the rural markets.
  • For a staffing company, that needed a foot print in key Tier 2, 3 cities, held specific job fairs, after obtaining approvals from relevant authorities. The job fair provided access for the staffing company to garner over 1000 profiles, before creating an awareness amongst student population.
  • For a number of telecom support and IT companies, have done specific recruitment outsourcing activities with the academia. This has helped these organizations to explore newer geographies for recruitment at a very cost effective manner.
