Case study 2 : 

Mapping productivity

Client was a large media company. The client wanted Mirai to work on a specific strategy to map the productivity and analyze reasons for a poor performing section of the sales force.

Mirai worked through a series of workshops to understand the situation. Mirai worked with the client team on field visits, interacting with client's prospects and understanding the key perspectives on a day to day basis for a specified period of time. During this time it also interacted with the various sections within the client and concluded on the feedback to client.

 The Client then mandated Mirai to work on the HR and KRA for the team, including creating training templates. This was a marketing and HR assignment, as it spanned out. Through a series of training and interventions, including constant counselling and feedback, the sales team was made productive.
